GUARANTEED 10% LEASEBACK PROGRAM

  • TERM: 10% on purchase price for 2 years after closing. If profits are higher than 10% the owner gets the additional profits.
  • HOA DUES: paid by Sycamore during the leaseback
  • OWNER USAGE: 30 days per year, blocked months are January, July, December. The owner will only pay the amount of $200 - for the use of common areas and amenities (paid proportionally to the 30-day use).

EB-5 – GREEN CARD - CLOSER TO THE AMERICAN DREAM

The Sycamore Orlando resort is an EB-5 approved project. This is possible due to the demand for jobs created by the resort structure and commercial spaces that support the development. Commercial spaces open hundreds of job opportunities, fulfilling one of the essential requirements for the EB5 visa, which is a critical step toward receiving a Green Card.

The petitioner will must invest on the project a minimum qualifying amount of $500,000. At investment the petitioner will become a member of a Limited Partnership Company – Sycamore EB5 investor. Family members, i.e., spouse and minors (under 21 years), can will be included in the same EB5 processing without an extra fee. Processing fee is $68,650.

This is the last opportunity to get a green card through EB5 with only a $500,000 investment. Starting November 21, 2019, the minimum investment amount goes up to $900,000. For more details on EB5, please do not hesitate to contact me.
