My collaboration with Edit Gabor started in 2014. After the purchase of the real estate she was personally entrusted to attend to all affairs related to the property. She alone organized the furnishing of the unit, she estimated the amount of furniture needed, she selected furniture and completed the project until the last chair was in its place.
In a few weeks an empty house turned into a cozy family home, praised by all the renters. She does not just attend to the tasks related to renting, but keeps in touch with the property manager, oversees all work done at the house, maintains the advertising material for the home, and represents my interests. She provides all around support for my real estate ownership.
Over the years she has accumulated a lot of experience in banking matters and,credit issues and I can turn to her with my questions with confidence, knowing I will get a precise and accurate answer.
In addition to these Edit takes care of the matters related to property insurance and real estate taxes.
She is always mindful of deadlines,and she proactively notifies me if I have a task with an approaching deadline.
She completes all tasks that she is entrusted with accuracy and precision. She replies to my e-mails within hours, she is absolutely flexible regarding her working hours. For Edit the primary importance is the contentment of her customer, and her work is characterized by dedication, and a positive attitude.

Edit is the person who has helped us since 2008. She is a very reliable person, always willing to help, and give advice. There is nothing impossible for her - whenever I felt that the situation was hopeless, she could always find a solution. She is very engaged and does much more than just work - she puts her heart in her action, and the results are awesome. There is no such thing as time difference for her - she always keeps an eye on everything. Edit always remembers what has to be paid or done, she is very professional. I know that my business is safe with her.

As an overseas buyer it was particularly important to find a reliable partner who could assist me with all matters concerning my short term rental USA property. Two and a half years ago I engaged Edit who was able to bridge the thousands of miles distance: from assistance to loan origination documents all the way to turnkey furnishing my home she did basically everything. All I had to do was just sign the documents.
She is continuously monitoring the changes, staying on top of all issues and if necessary – in a proactive manner - resolves everything in time. If a problem arises, if there is a solution – she deals with it instead of me. Summarizing, she is my extended hand in Florida, she arranges and solves everything for me.
With complete confidence I entrusted her to decorate my property, and I was not disappointed. She proposed turn-key ready,creative solutions and finished on time while keeping me up to date on the progress. The final result speaks for itself, I would recommend you looking at the photos of my home. Recently I have engaged her to convert the garage into a game room. Her ideas and experience helped me a lot realizing my concepts for this new project.

Early in 2010 I purchased a real estate property in Florida, this is when I met Edit Gabor,who worked as an executive assistant for a real estate broker.
She was especially useful bridging the language barrier, as she is blessed with exceptional language skills.
She provided invaluable support in the loan application process, securing insurance for the property, setting up utilities, dealing with the rental management company, banking matters, and property tax issues.
Excellent attitude, punctuality, flexibility, trustworthy, kind and friendly. I could go further, but rather I conclude that without her assistance it would be difficult to manage a property from overseas.

The initial assistance, and the continued support over the years by Edit have been an enormous help to us. She assisted us in opening our bank account in the USA,and securing the loan for our real estate purchase, and she is our go-between with the rental companies, utilities, and in all matters that relate to our USA real estate. Whatever our problems are, we may at any time ask for her help. She is always ready to help and find solutions bearing in mind our best interests.
Initially Edit was engaged by us to furnish our rental home, as well as hired to complete the expansion we planned. She was responsible for the design, planning, purchasing, and implementation. Edit was creative and efficient. In our business relationship she followed our instructions,staying within the allotted budget, and completed the tasks before the deadlines.

I met Edit 4 years ago in connection with a real estate purchase in South Florida. Not only does she have a radiant personality, and a great sense of humor but her name is also a synonym for accuracy, flexibility, reliability, and service spirit.
I always have and still do enjoy working with her, helping me with various administrative tasks and representing me locally no matter if it comes to dealing with HOA personnel, financial institutions, or finding a reliable contractor in Florida. And the most important thing is that she does all of the above with an honest smile on her face and that is what really matters.
